Vivenu is a unified ticketing platform for planning, marketing, and analyzing event ticket sales. It helps organizers fully own their ticketing operations, giving them control over revenue and customer data and removing tedious workflows. The product works as a full-service platform that lets users create personalized ticket shops, manage all sales channels and contingents in one place, and use analytics to optimize sales. It differentiates itself by prioritizing ownership and control for organizers, consolidating all ticketing tasks into a single system rather than relying on traditional, fragmented platforms, and supporting events from small scale to very large. Its goal is to disrupt the traditional ticketing market by returning power to event organizers and making the ticketing process easier and more effective, so clients can run their events and increase ticket sales.

Vivenu launches ticketing-specialised AI tools. Vivenu has launched a suite of AI-powered features, including the new Vivenu AI assistant. The new capabilities give event organisers the ability to answer complex data insight questions, create and analyse multi-faceted, time-consuming reports, and build and execute campaigns to drive better fan experiences and greater revenue growth. Vivenu's platform was built for first-party data ownership, giving full control to organisers. With these new capabilities, Vivenu said clients can quickly and effectively perform real-time data analysis to discover insights, create new customer segments, and build and automate personalised campaigns, send logic, and reports. With Stanford Athletics an early adopter of the new AI tools, Spenser Ayres, associate athletics director, ticket sales and operations, said: "With the Vivenu AI Assistant, I can ask questions in plain language about ticket sales, revenue, and customer behaviour, and get answers pulled directly from our live data in seconds. It has changed how quickly I can turn data into decisions." Vivenu built is AI stack to be API-first, enabling every capability to run on open APIs that integrate directly into organisers' existing workflows. Users can also connect their existing AI tools directly to their ticketing data using Vivenu's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Because of Vivenu's first-party data ownership model, customers have instant access to their own ticketing intelligence meaning they are able to act quickly and with confidence. Vivenu's AI Assistant has been trained on the company's proprietary ticketing knowledge base, meaning it has the ability to answer product questions, guide feature use, and surface recommendations from the organiser's own data. With analytics-focussed AI, organisers can query sales and customer data in natural language to discover insights that manual analysis may not find. Organisers can also describe a campaign to the Vivenu AI Assistant, which then builds the customer segment, drafts the copy and subject lines, before handing everything back for review and approval. Vivenu AI Assistant sits within the larger Vivenu platform and can access live data, using the same enterprise-grade security standards. "Today's headlines are full of AI stories about technology replacing human contact. With our new AI capabilities, we're using that same technology to do the opposite: make live entertainment, one of the last truly social experiences left, even more powerful. That's the paradox at the heart of what we've built," said Simon Hennes, co-founder and chief executive of Vivenu. "Our new AI capabilities take the execution work off organisers' plates so they can focus on what only humans can do: authentically understand what actually motivates a fan."
vivenu, a ticketing platform for live entertainment, has launched vivenu AI Assistant, described as the industry's only AI assistant specifically trained for ticketing. The new AI capabilities enable event organisers to automate and personalise marketing campaigns, analyse data, and build customer segments. The AI assistant allows users to query sales and customer data in natural language, create campaigns, and generate reports. It operates on first-party data within vivenu's platform, which is secured under SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards. Stanford Athletics is an early adopter. Associate Athletics Director Spenser Ayres said the assistant lets him "ask questions in plain language about ticket sales, revenue, and customer behaviour" and receive answers from live data in seconds. The AI features are available to all vivenu customers, with additional capabilities rolling out this summer.
vivenu, an enterprise ticketing platform for live entertainment, has launched vivenu Engage, a marketing and customer relationship tool integrated directly into its ticketing system. The platform enables event organisers to segment audiences, create targeted campaigns and reward buyers using real-time sales data without manual exports. Available now, vivenu Engage addresses the industry challenge where ticketing data often remains siloed at checkout. The tool offers dynamic audience segmentation based on purchase behaviour, automated email campaigns, real-time insights and GDPR-compliant consent management, all within a single platform. Founded to serve major events including the Grammy Awards and Golden Globes, vivenu operates across 50 countries with over 1,000 clients. The company enables organisers to act on sales data immediately, eliminating the traditional export-clean-import workflow.
vivenu adds RevPro and TKT Edge as global distribution partners, expanding how buyers discover ticket inventory. Home " vivenu adds RevPro and TKT Edge as global distribution partners, expanding how buyers discover ticket inventory. By Dave Clark 3 hours ago Opt-in integration gives vivenu organizers broader access to domestic reseller networks and international buying channels. vivenu is expanding its distribution network through a new partnership with RevPro Management Services and TKT Edge, giving event organizers on the vivenu platform additional domestic and international channels through which to sell tickets. The companies announced the partnership Thursday, saying the integration will allow vivenu clients to opt into distribution through RevPro and TKT Edge alongside other partners already available through the vivenu platform. RevPro will contribute its domestic reseller and marketplace network, while TKT Edge, RevPro's international arm, will support international distribution and market-expansion efforts. The deal reflects a growing focus in ticketing on distribution breadth, particularly as buyers increasingly discover and purchase tickets through a consolidated set of familiar marketplaces and platforms. For organizers, that can make access to distribution partners a key part of revenue strategy, especially for events seeking to accelerate sell-through or reach audiences outside their existing direct-marketing channels. "Expanding our partner network means giving organizers more ways to sell, which fits our ambition to be the ticketing revenue engine of premier events," said Keal Blache, vice president of partnerships at vivenu. "Our platform is built so they can plug in the partners that fit - and RevPro and TKT Edge add meaningful domestic and international coverage to that mix." RevPro Management Services, based in Las Vegas, provides business intelligence, pricing optimization and distribution services for live event organizations. TKT Edge, based in Glastonbury, Connecticut, focuses on international ticketing strategy, marketplace distribution and revenue optimization. Roger Jones, founder of RevPro Management Services, framed the partnership around buyer behavior and the need for organizers to meet consumers where they already shop. "Buyers are not focused on who owns the ticket," Jones said. "They care about where they can buy it and the platforms that feel most natural to them. This partnership gives organizers the reach and the intelligence to be wherever that is." The RevPro integration is available to vivenu clients on an opt-in basis beginning May 21, 2026. vivenu, a global primary ticketing platform, says it serves more than 1,000 clients across more than 50 countries. The company positions its platform around customization, first-party data ownership and organizer control over the primary sales channel. Its listed clients include the Grammy Awards, Golden Globes, HYROX and Stanford Athletics. The partnership also fits into a broader industry shift in which primary ticketing providers are increasingly emphasizing flexible integrations, distribution optionality and data control as competitive differentiators. Rather than relying on a single sales channel, organizers are being offered more modular tools to decide where inventory is distributed, which partners receive access, and how ticket sales data flows back into their own systems.
Perfect Game eyes bigger commercial play with vivenu partnership. Home " Perfect Game eyes bigger commercial play with vivenu partnership. By Olivia Perreault 2 hours ago Perfect Game is moving to consolidate its ticketing and commerce operations through a new partnership with vivenu, a deal that could significantly expand the youth baseball giant's ability to monetize its massive event footprint. Announced Friday, the agreement names vivenu as Perfect Game's ticketing and commerce partner, with the platform set to support a more unified digital checkout experience across the organization's sprawling tournament ecosystem. Perfect Game said the move will help bring ticketing, merchandise, access and other purchases into a single mobile-friendly flow, while giving the company a stronger view of fan behavior and spending across its events. That matters at scale. Perfect Game says it sells 1.6 million tickets annually and operates 9,800 events across more than 40 states, making it one of the most expansive youth sports platforms in the country. The organization also claims deep influence on the baseball talent pipeline, noting that it has produced more than 2,200 MLB alumni and that 95% of all MLB draft picks have come through its system. The partnership is about more than ticketing. Perfect Game and vivenu say the longer-term vision includes bringing registration, travel packages and subscriptions into the same platform, creating a more centralized commercial engine around the thousands of youth baseball and softball events the company runs each year. For Perfect Game, that could mean a cleaner way to manage revenue across its business while also turning audience data into a more valuable sponsorship asset. With families, players and fans engaging across thousands of tournaments, the company sees an opportunity to offer brands more targeted access to a large and highly engaged amateur sports audience. "Perfect Game has always been focused on delivering the best possible experience for our players, families and partners, and this partnership with vivenu is a major step forward in how we support that mission," Perfect Game CEO Rob Ponger said in a press release. "By bringing our ticketing and broader commerce operations into one streamlined, digital platform, we're not only making things easier and more convenient for our audience, but also unlocking new opportunities to better understand and engage with them." He added that as Perfect Game continues to grow, "having a scalable, data-driven solution like vivenu in place will be critical to maximizing the value of every event across our entire ecosystem." vivenu framed the deal as a major infrastructure win in the youth sports space. "Perfect Game is in a category of its own," Travis Smith, Regional Vice President for Sports and College Partnerships at vivenu, noted in a statement. "The organization has shaped professional baseball for decades. The fan relationships and athlete data built across nearly 10,000 annual events are a genuine business asset. Our job is to give them the infrastructure to capture more of the value they already create, starting with ticketing and expanding across the full commercial picture." The deal reflects a broader trend across sports and live events, where ticketing platforms are increasingly being positioned not just as sales tools, but as full-scale commerce and data systems. For Perfect Game, the upside is clear: more control over the fan transaction, more visibility into customer behavior and more ways to generate revenue across one of the busiest event networks in amateur athletics.
