  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of financial services industry experience
  • Solid understanding of interest rates, equities, and FX derivatives
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Programming experience or exposure (VBA, R, Python) required
  • Experience with Bloomberg, FIS/Front Arena, FX Connect, Tableau a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support the daily needs of the trading desk, including trade setup & booking across rates, equities & FX
  • Build and maintain tools to enhance trading efficiency and monitor hedge effectiveness
  • Improve reporting of derivatives portfolio for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in attribution of hedge program performance in collaboration with ALM and liability risk teams
  • Assist with hedge strategy design and implementation
  • Assess macroeconomic environment and market factors to generate trade ideas, strategies, and influence trade execution
  • Develop and expand knowledge of GAAP and Statutory hedge accounting regimes
  • Assist with maintaining derivative trading and valuation system, including testing support, version upgrades, new development projects, etc.
