The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The candidate hired for the position of QMS Complaint Quality Analyst will manage and support complaint handling work processes for Solventum products. As part of the role, assures appropriate prioritization and timely accurate closure of complaints and performs product inspection and testing for complaint product samples. The position confirms compliance with all FDA regulations and internal procedures related to complaint handling.

• As a Complaint Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
• Managing complaint handling assigned product complaint assignments.
• Meeting daily team and individual complaint handling output goals.
• Performing document complaint investigation to either close the complaint or determine need for more in-depth analysis.
• Processing complaint events as required per internal and FDA regulations/International standards.
• Monitoring and tracking key operational data trending.
• Working with cross-functional groups (Quality Engineers, Medical Complaint Investigators, Outsourced Groups) as required.
• Visual inspection and product related complaint product sample testing.
• Ownership of product related documentation to support complaint processing.
• Inventorying and logging of complaint product samples.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR higher AND two (2) yeas of combined quality/compliance experience in healthcare, medical device and/or drug environment.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of combined quality/compliance experience in a healthcare, medical device and/or drug environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work within various databases and prepare documentation
• Ability to analyze data from various sources and familiarity with data management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Self-directed and comfortable with a transactional goal structured position
• Highly attentive to detail
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgement
• Medical products knowledge/experience

Travel: May include up to 5%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
