- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Pennsylvania Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living.
- Monitor and document resident progress toward therapy goals.
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies.
- Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
