  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
  • Majoring in business, technology, English, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
  • Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.
Responsibilities
  • Help grow our technical writing practice and content strategy across product delivery teams within a larger product organization.
  • Develop content guidelines, documentation templates, style guides and internal glossaries for cross-functional teams.
  • Design, write, review, and publish conceptual documentation, end-user guides, reference materials, release notes, and other forms of technical communication.
  • Establish well-defined, repeatable processes for internal stakeholders to contribute to and maintain high quality documentation.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand the technology and its users and define documentation deliverables.
  • Gather and report data to identify documentation gaps and improve documentation strategy.
  • Proofread and edit technical content for usability, accessibility, and readability.
  • Support 'docs-as-code' workflows for software engineering teams; facilitate documentation creation, maintenance, and publishing workflows with engineering tools like Markdown, GitHub, and OpenAPI.
