Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in site lead, project management, and/or program management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in Department of Defense contracting across technical, contractual, and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition environments, program structures, and government contracting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management office processes, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • A proven track record of managing programs to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • The ability to lead independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • The ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time, and twist, bend, and squat periodically.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for a Secret clearance at this location.
  • The ability to maintain a Secret-level clearance and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership and management for programs, projects, and personnel across assigned divisions and/or units within the Systems & Information Technology Group.
  • Organize project and task workloads, assign direct and indirect responsibilities, and select the most qualified individuals for specific tasks.
  • Develop, refine, and implement Systems & Information Technology processes to ensure consistent performance and efficiency across programs.
  • Address escalated issues through Program Managers and implement corrective actions to ensure resolution.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for assigned units, maintain full Profit and Loss accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Mentor team members, offer professional development opportunities, and set clear expectations for performance and growth.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the business pipeline, broaden the revenue base, and identify opportunities among existing Department of Defense customers and in emerging markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth and expand into new areas, leveraging established core competencies.
  • Lead and contribute to proposal development, including team coordination, technical content creation, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as a senior point of accountability for customer satisfaction, managing relationships with program stakeholders and leadership contacts.
  • Contribute to and implement approved strategic plans aligned with division and corporate objectives.

  • Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and other cost-type contract vehicles is highly desired.
