Requirements
  • The candidate must have 3 or more years of experience in revenue operations, go-to-market or sales engineering, investment banking, or a similarly demanding analytical environment.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • The candidate must be technically hands-on and comfortable building with Clay, n8n, and Claude Code, as well as wiring up application programming interfaces and automations.
  • The candidate must be comfortable with artificial intelligence and large language model tooling and prompt engineering, including designing human-in-the-loop checks.
  • The candidate must have working knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • The candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • The candidate must show a growth mindset and willingness to learn through feedback.
  • The candidate must be motivated to join a Series A startup focused on generative artificial intelligence, large language models, and machine learning.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable processes to improve funnel conversion, objection handling, and pipeline management across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Own declarative configuration and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot, including objects, fields, flows, page layouts, and approval processes, while keeping the broader stack clean, integrated, and efficient.
  • Build and maintain artificial-intelligence-powered workflows for outbound, event engagement, customer-success expansion signals, and pipeline hygiene within brand and voice guardrails.
  • Design Clay canvases for enrichment, ideal customer profile and fit scoring, and deduplication; own provider waterfall logic and ensure clean inputs and outputs across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the data warehouse.
  • Coordinate data flow across third-party and bespoke systems to minimize duplicate records and provide trusted data to marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Build and operate non-Salesforce automations for routing, task creation, and signal-driven plays with error handling, retries, and alerting, and help automate workflows across the company.
  • Monitor key metrics, build reports, and surface actionable insights that drive go-to-market decisions.
  • Partner with marketing on an event-based demand-generation strategy by enriching, qualifying, and organizing prospect lists and buyer signals.
  • Keep automations current as systems evolve and maintain runbooks for sharing and onboarding.
  • Autonomously maintain the go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and bespoke tools, and use it as a data source for new workflows, automations, and tools.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Revenue Operations as the function evolves with artificial intelligence.
  • Own go-to-market reporting, including marketing key performance indicators, sales success criteria, and customer-success client health, and produce leadership-ready reports.
  • Build marketing and sales attribution models or multi-touch reporting from raw data.
  • Operate in a dual-CRM environment involving Salesforce and HubSpot synchronization, deduplication, and field mapping.
  • Use Clay or comparable enrichment tooling, including provider waterfalls and complex canvases.
  • Use Gong or other conversation-intelligence tools as a data source.
  • Stand up a revenue operations function as an early or founding hire.
  • Operate n8n, Zapier, or similar orchestration platforms in production.

  • Familiarity with Gong or other conversation-intelligence tools as a data source.
