- Monitors and tracks education requirements for employees, as assigned
- Assists employees in setting goals, employee performance improvement and initiating/delivering corrective action processes
- Participates and aids in increasing employees satisfaction by researching and resolving problems
- Provides the Supervisor/Manager input regarding employee performance
- May be asked to participate in the interview process of new applicants
- May lead special projects assigned by leadership
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field
