Requirements
  • Required Associate's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience as Radiographer Technologist Required
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
Responsibilities
  • Organizes schedules for modality employees
  • Oversees day to day floor operations within the modality
  • Monitors quality and direct team member education opportunities during these operations
  • Actively participates in the achievement and maintenance of patient satisfaction scores, by researching and resolving problems
  • Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned
  • Monitors and tracks education requirements for employees, as assigned
  • Assists employees in setting goals, employee performance improvement and initiating/delivering corrective action processes
  • Participates and aids in increasing employees satisfaction by researching and resolving problems
  • Provides the Supervisor/Manager input regarding employee performance
  • May be asked to participate in the interview process of new applicants
  • May lead special projects assigned by leadership
