Requirements
  • A college degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management, or a related major, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of planning or related supply chain work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and analyze capacity requirements and constraints by evaluating resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending capacity adjustments or alternative production strategies.
  • Optimize raw material and work-in-process inventory levels by establishing safety stock targets, monitoring inventory turnover, and balancing carrying costs against stockout risks.
  • Manage the impact of engineering changes, customer revisions, and supply disruptions on the master schedule, and communicate and coordinate updates across stakeholders.
  • Drive and maintain planning parameter master data and ensure bill of materials and routing accuracy for scheduling purposes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including schedule adherence, delivery performance, inventory, and VCP metrics, and provide strategic insights to drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
  • Translate master production schedules into daily production plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams and collecting input about risks and ad hoc constraints.
  • Coordinate material requirements planning by ensuring raw materials, components, and packaging are available when needed and synchronizing material flow with production schedules.
  • Create detailed production schedules by sequencing jobs and operations on individual machines or work centers while considering setup times, processing durations, and resource constraints.
  • Manage order data by using planning systems to identify potential late orders, mitigate delays when possible, and update order dates in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Coordinate with production teams and operators by communicating daily priorities, work assignments, and schedule changes.
  • Manage capacity allocation and resource utilization by balancing workloads across equipment and personnel while minimizing idle time and overtime costs.
  • Respond to production disruptions by rescheduling operations around equipment breakdowns, material shortages, or quality issues.
  • Lead cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives for supported areas.
Desired Qualifications
  • Expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, or Planet Together.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze large datasets.
  • ASCM CPIM certification.
  • Customer service and results orientation, problem-solving ability, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading projects to completion and providing direction through influence.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and supporting continuous improvement.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia has completed a €1.15 billion senior bond offering across two tranches. The issuance comprises €650 million with a four-year maturity at a 3.678% coupon and €500 million with an eight-year maturity at a 4.088% coupon. Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. The company achieved €195 million in efficiency gains during the period. Veolia completed its acquisition of Cleaners in the United States, which contributed to net financial debt of €24.5 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 current net income growth guidance to at least 8%, citing strong operational performance and well-controlled financial charges. Revenue growth in water technology faced temporary delays in the Middle East due to geopolitical tensions.

Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. BNP Paribas and Natixis serve as joint global coordinators, with BofA Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as joint bookrunners. Veolia plans to list the bonds on Euronext Access within 30 days.

Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale

New Enviri has launched as a standalone public company following the completion of Clean Earth's sale to Veolia Environnement.
