Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of proven experience in teaching or facilitation
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in creating content for a variety of topics relevant to the firm needs
  • Experience with virtual training and familiarity with relevant software solutions
  • Knowledge of inclusive facilitation methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to other HCVT offices
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to identify firm training needs
  • Design, manage, and implement training programs across the entire firm
  • Create effective training experiences designed for a variety of job levels
  • Develop virtual solutions to train employees remotely
  • Prepare ancillary materials to support training topics
  • Use appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in myriad circumstances
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through meaningful metrics
  • Communicate progress and issues to committees and partners
  • Stay informed about new techniques in teaching methodologies
