DigitalPath is the leading Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) providing internet service to rural communities and critical fire response networks throughout California. Our mission is to bring a faster, more reliable service for customers that are typically unserved or underserviced by cable companies.

As a Warehouse Support I, your day-to-day will cover all service-connected device needs ranging from flashing configuration files, cleaning and deploying the device. Also included are duties relating to cleaning and organizing the warehouse daily to the standard set upon by management, and shipping and receiving various items as needed.

Additional information:

• This position is a full-time position on-site at our office in Chico, CA. 
• A typical work week is 8 hours daily Monday through Friday.
• Environment is a ventilated enclosed warehouse without climate controls. Temperatures can be very cold or very hot depending on outdoor weather. 
• All job offers are contingent upon applicant passing a post-offer, pre-employment background check, driving record review, arduous physical, and drug/alcohol screening. 

Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and continuous basis. 
• Assist with receiving and unpacking incoming shipments. 
• Organize and store products in designated areas. 
• Perform basic assembly tasks under supervision. 
• Assist with shipping orders and preparing packages for dispatch. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Flash and add configuration files to designated devices as needed.
• Following the standard operating procedures for intaking of returned equipment, following the process and procedure to include cleaning the devices, plugging in the devices, verifying current configuration, and deployment of the devices.
• Perform signal testing for designated devices to determine it meets minimal QA testing procedures.
• Maintain organizational standards of inventory as assigned.
• Preparation and procurement of items listed on pick tickets received from bill of materials.
• Basic janitorial.
• Undertake and fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office. 
• Valid California Driver’s License with no more than 1 point and no DUI’s.
• Knowledge of general shipping and receiving warehouse operations. 
• Strong computer skills with Office 365 including stand-alone applications such as Excel, Word, Project, Access, and PowerPoint. 
• Strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to maintain a strong work ethic and good attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with other employees.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of up to 6 hours.
• Use of hands to hold, grip, carry, and physically interact with objects, tools, or controls. 
• Requires use of near vision with or without correction, and an ability to see details at close range (such as using a computer monitor, reading reports, etc.). 
• Must be able to navigate all areas of the office, occasionally including areas accessible only by stairs.
• Occasionally may require carrying, lifting, pushing and/or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. 
• Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. 
• PPE is required for some tasks, must be able to correctly use and wear PPE equipment.
• Proven ability to adhere to all safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
