Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional data analysis experience in retail, supply chain or hardware operations
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Intermediate skills in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R)
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable supporting non-technical teams to reach their goals and managing expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Hardware Design and Operations teams to understand and define data needs.
  • Create, maintain, and improve comprehensive reports and dashboards to support internal and external hardware operations initiatives.
  • Perform detailed ad-hoc analyses to answer specific operational questions and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all hardware reports and analyses.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hardware operations analytics best practices within the organization.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Professional experience with IoT devices and sensor data
  • Professional experience with hardware lifecycle processes, support, sustainment, hardware quality monitoring, and engineering input to new product development
  • Experience with hardware deployment, configuration management, fleet management, and maintenance operations
  • Experience with operational metrics and KPI development
