What You'll Bring to the Team
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in HRIS/technology consulting or Enterprise System HR Operations Support
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday experience with demonstrated expertise in system administration, configuration, and support
Proven track record in HRIS implementations, upgrades, or large-scale system transformations
Core Technical Competencies
Deep Workday expertise across Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Security administration, and Advanced Reporting
Configuration mastery including business process design, calculated fields, security roles, and custom object creation
Advanced reporting skills including custom report creation, dashboard development, and data analysis

Strategic System Leadership
Champion operational excellence by ensuring 100% adherence to SLA commitments while delivering exceptional internal customer service
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce technical debt, streamline processes, and enhance user experience across the organization
Lead change management activities including solution design, testing coordination, and deployment management for system enhancements
Technical Excellence & Innovation
Execute complex configurations while maintaining system integrity, security protocols, and compliance standards
Design and implement business process improvements that align with organizational objectives and Workday best practices
Monitor and optimize system performance including integration health, data quality, and security administration
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues and implement strategic system updates
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Operations team members on Workday processes and functionality
Create user-centric documentation including job aids, process flows, and system guides that enhance user adoption and competency
Serve as subject matter expert for business requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and cross-functional project initiatives
Business Partnership & Analytics
Partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels to capture reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards
Analyze complex business challenges and recommend innovative solutions that leverage Workday's capabilities while considering broader business implications
Support strategic initiatives by providing technical expertise, project coordination, and change management support
