OSHC Educator

Job Description

As part of our Kardinya and Surrounds relief team, you’ll step in to support different OSHC services where you’re needed most, giving you the opportunity to meet new teams, build your industry experience, and make a real impact for children every day.

This Casual Mobile Educator role is suited to a qualified educator who is confident supporting OSHC services across the local area. 

Available shifts: Afternoon sessions across Monday to Friday, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon availability required. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional hours during the Holiday Program.

The service operates across the following hours:

• Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 8:50am
• Stay and Play: 2:45pm – 6:00pm
• Holiday Program: 7:00am – 6:00pm

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children. 
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role 
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check. 
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
• WA Qualified Educator - Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
