Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills; creative, energetic, enthusiastic, driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop client-ready reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated skills: detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task; professional presentation
Responsibilities
  • Works in close conjunction with Employee Benefit Producers, Health Risk Management Team, Account Managers to act as a consultant to clients; actively partners with client to understand wellness needs and develop a wellness strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Independently develops and markets wellness education and strategies to clients and prospects; establishes wellness committees and implement wellness programs onsite for the client and facilitates services with appropriate vendors
  • Provides dedicated onsite training to client staff to run wellness programs
  • Creates reports that demonstrate and measure overall wellness program participation and effectiveness
  • Develops marketing and promotional materials tailored to specific client populations
  • Designs and delivers workshops and wellness roundtables, as well as procures external health care subject matter experts to present learning sessions, select topics and facilitate discussion
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study (e.g., Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Promotion, Nutrition, etc.)
  • 2+ years’ experience in fields related to health and wellbeing preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment preferred
