- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Windows operating system problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install and remove desktop personal computers and monitors.
- Demonstrate leadership and be a well-diversified Deskside Tech.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience with Outlook PST files.
- Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments.
- Experience in deskside support.
- Experience with Remote/CTS Support.
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Incident Management.
- Experience with IT Asset Management/IMAC processes.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Experience with software Break/Fix.
- Ability to solve tickets remotely.
- Experience with working with SCCD.
- Document procedures well (organized).
- Remote takeover skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to document procedures clearly and maintain organized documentation.
