Primary Responsibilities:
This isn’t just a “keep the lights on” role – as ourCoupa Administrator, you’ll be at the center of our mission to make our business faster, more efficient, and cost-effective. Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Get Hands-On with the System: Design and configure Coupa to meet new business needs. You’ll be solving problems and making things work better – from troubleshooting issues to making strategic improvements.
Be the Go-To Person: You’ll be the face of Coupa, helping colleagues across the company navigate the system and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Lead the Charge for Improvements: See a way we can do things better? We want to hear it! You’ll have the chance to build a roadmap for improvements, collaborate with leaders, and implement changes that make a real difference.
Partner with IT and Finance: You’ll work closely with our IT, Finance, and Procurement teams, influencing processes and making sure our system is aligned with company goals.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
We’re after someone who’s not just great with technology but also loves working with people and making things better. Here are some of the things we’d love to see:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or something similar.
3-5 years of project management experience, with bonus points for experience with Coupa or other spend management systems.
Strong communication skills – you’ll need to explain tech stuff to non-tech people!
A knack for leading projects, solving problems, and driving change.
Experience with compliance (SOX, regulatory requirements) is a plus.
Matrix management skills to juggle priorities and get things done across teams.
