Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in the DME industry or other highly regulated environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing reverse logistics, S&OP, and inventory management functions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee all aspects of reverse logistics, including product returns, refurbishments, recalls, and disposal.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for handling returned products to minimize costs and maximize recovery value.
  • Lead the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production planning, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve service levels.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and avoid stockouts.
  • Utilize advanced inventory management techniques and technologies to enhance inventory accuracy and visibility.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve supply chain performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Oversee personnel who will be responsible for managing warehouse, logistics, and facilities operations as well as supply chain and planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to personnel in building and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Ensure facilities management aligns with overall company goals and operational requirements.
