  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Willing to occasionally work outside traditional business hours to support community engagement efforts
  • Willing to work in the Hillsboro region and be onsite (pending COVID guidelines)
  • Managing the Community Advisory Panel including membership, charter and quarterly meetings
  • Represent OR Public Affairs for site transportation and safety efforts such as the Traffic Safety team, site TDM and commute reduction survey
  • Facilitate public meetings/notifications
  • Manage all proactive neighbor comms or outreach
  • Respond to and disposition external inquiries
  • Maintain neighbor log documenting concern and resolution (to be used for air permit reporting and to meet ISO requirements)
  • Support ISO site audits
  • Lead efforts on Community Perception Survey
  • Support site visit model and logistics for elected officials, government agencies, business leaders, etc
