Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop, improve, and maintain sound HR leave processes
  • Explain applicable leave processes, pay, and benefits to employees and management
  • Manage appropriate documentation and generate related correspondence for leaves and work restrictions/accommodations
  • Meet with HR, managers, and supervisors to evaluate and discuss concerns
  • Coordinate leaves and work restrictions with HR and employees
  • Administer, track, and report out leaves of absence
  • Escalate issues and concerns when necessary
  • Update and maintain employee statuses in HRIS database
