Requirements
  • 2+ years (ideally 3-5) of full-stack development experience.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Experience in automation, scripting, and building test automation.
  • Understand APIs, including GraphQL.
  • Strong empathy for end-users and can put yourself in the shoes of the customer, both internal and external.
  • Communicate well and are comfortable working across teams with various stakeholders.
  • (Bonus) Have experience with the technologies we use: JavaScript, React, Node, Python, Go, GraphQL.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain demo datasets that can be customized for different customer experiences.
  • Build and integrate applications into demo environments using Gladly’s App Platform.
  • Create and maintain internal tools for the Sales and Solutions Consultant teams to improve the demo process.
  • Ensure demo stability by developing and running automated end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
  • Streamline processes and help document internal tools and workflows for greater team efficiency.
