  • 6+ years of experience in commercial negotiations and contract drafting
  • A mix of top law firm and in-house experience at a multinational, consumer-facing technology company
Responsibilities
  • Provide practical day-to-day commercial legal support to the Strava for Business team, including negotiation of sponsored challenge agreements
  • Support cross-functional teams on negotiation of a wide variety of vendor, partnership, consulting, data protection, API and licensing agreements
  • Work with various global teams on a range of special projects that require legal support, including marketing and Strava Metro initiatives
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials including legal playbooks, FAQs, training, and self-service materials for cross-functional partners
