Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid state driver's license is required, along with qualification to operate a vehicle under the Company's Driving Policy.
  • Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial, industrial, and off-the-road tire applications, including installation, maintenance, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, proposals, and technical documents related to tire supply and service programs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management and proposal development best practices.
  • Technical knowledge of tire construction, tread designs, and application-specific considerations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management systems for sales and service tracking.
  • Ability to analyze tire wear, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective action.
  • Ability to prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates.
  • Ability to comply with and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work within a Native Corporation multi-business environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customized tire programs for fleet, mining, construction, oil, and gas clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts requiring off-the-road, industrial, or commercial tire services.
  • Ensure timely delivery, installation, and service of tires in accordance with contract terms and client expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for tire products, retreading services, and related solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client tire and fleet requirements.
  • Manage work order processing, invoice creation, and aged receivables to ensure prompt payment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to introduce new tire lines, technologies, and service offerings.
  • Directly supervise service teams to coordinate tire installations, rotations, inspections, repairs, and field service schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance on tire selection, load ratings, tread patterns, and lifecycle cost management.
  • Monitor tire inventory levels and logistics to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of stock.
  • Organize and conduct tire maintenance and safety training for client personnel.
  • Perform site surveys to assess tire performance, wear patterns, and application-specific needs.
  • Assess client requirements and work with service and product teams to propose effective tire management solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and communications within customer relationship management software.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on customer tire usage, performance metrics, and account activities.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to manage and prioritize tire sales and service opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with decision-makers at industrial, mining, and fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate tire performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback to support product development, retreading options, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report on tire program performance, customer engagement, and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations during tire operations.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and pricing strategies for tire products and services.
  • Serve as an internal resource for tire application questions, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Participate in periodic management and executive meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in tire sales, service, fleet operations, or industrial distribution.
  • Two years of supervisory or management experience overseeing field technicians, service teams, or client programs in a tire-related environment.
  • Experience working with off-the-road or heavy equipment tires.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Technology, Fleet Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel for work-related purposes, up to 25% of the time.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
