Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Chemical Engineering or Food Process Engineering preferred)
  • 4 + years of Research & Development (R&D) and Operations Experience
  • Strong technical background (Research & Development, Manufacturing, Packaging)
  • Working knowledge in Innovation Initiative Management and RCA (root cause analysis)
  • Understands IL6S and the key pillars (especially Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Education & Training, Quality Management and Focus Improvement)
Responsibilities
  • Lead/support initiatives and opportunities aligned to Business Strategy/Compelling Business Needs (CBN)
  • Implement approved projects based on business objectives and needs (Process Capability, Quality Improvement, Focus Improvement)
  • Manage stakeholders and leverage TIM peers and RDQ network to share technical solutions and/or Kaizens
  • Execute/lead Low, Mid and High Alternative Lines Qualifications (ALQ)
  • Provide appropriate level of technical support and troubleshooting to execute trials/Commissioning Qualification and Verifications (CQV) objectives
  • Actively participate in technical readiness level (TRL/TRAM) reviews and discussions
  • Work with Quality Process Manager and Line Leads to define and deliver Bakery related to consumer complaints reduction and waste reduction initiatives
  • Work with R&D team for knowledge transfer and trials to be conducted
  • Work closely with IL6S Pillar Leads to ensure alignment and capabilities
  • Work closely on a cross functional basis with Engineering and Business Development
