Requirements
  • A university degree with a focus in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of finance experience in a hands-on financial planning and analysis role within a complex organization.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and planning, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of cash flows and the ability to create cash flow models and apply forecasting methodologies that identify operational drivers to improve cash and capital returns.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to critically analyze situations, solve problems, and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong customer focus and a collaborative working style with effective relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • High ethical standards, personal integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deliverables with accurate and timely delivery.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain driver-based financial models reflecting production volume, yield, scrap, labor and machine rates, and overhead absorption.
  • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for profit and loss, cash flow, and working capital, including assumptions, scenario analysis, and executive presentation materials.
  • Produce margin bridges and conduct cost variance analysis for price, volume, mix, labor and efficiency, and overhead absorption drivers to support monthly performance reviews.
  • Support enterprise resource planning implementation and maintenance by defining reporting requirements, validating data, and designing dashboards for operational and financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with accounting and cost accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and inventory and costing data.
  • Provide strategic decision support to Operations, Supply Chain, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Partner with business groups to understand drivers and assumptions, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify risks, opportunities, and potential actions.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to processes and analysis capabilities.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects, including net present value, margin, and return on investment analysis and preparation of board materials.
  • Foster working relationships across the businesses and proactively identify opportunities for Finance to act as a strategic business partner.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools such as CoPilot, Claude, or ChatGPT in a finance context.
  • Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with OneStream, JDE, or Hyperion.
  • A relevant professional designation.
