Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across complex, multi-entity organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including infrastructure-as-code, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, real-time streaming, and data governance.
  • Strong command of analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and AI/ML ecosystems (Azure ML, Databricks, AWS SageMaker, OpenAI APIs).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi) and API management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technology roadmaps with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards on technology strategy, risk, and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Experience embedding security and privacy into architectural design and development processes.
Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
  • Ensure architectural alignment with business strategy, scalability, and emerging technology trends.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications and platforms.
  • Establish engineering best practices, DevOps pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of modern data platforms.
  • Partner with the IQ team to enable self-service analytics, data governance, and data literacy across the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of AI/ML platforms and tools to enhance personalization, operational efficiency, and predictive capabilities.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that support Legends’ innovation agenda.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and data professionals.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure architectural compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to embed security into all layers of the architecture.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • MBA or executive education in digital transformation.
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries is highly desirable.
