Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with deep expertise in the Microsoft security ecosystem
  • Proven experience in SaaS security, identity and access management, incident response, and vendor risk
  • Strong communicator who can influence leadership and drive crossfunctional alignment
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, SC100, AZ500
Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
  • Maintain the cyber risk register and align controls to NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Oversee core Microsoft security platforms: Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Sentinel.
  • Drive Zero Trust adoption across identity, devices, apps, and data.
  • Manage the full SaaS security lifecycle, including SSO integration and vendor risk assessments.
  • Leverage Cloud Access Security Broker tools and strengthen SaaS posture across the business.
  • Lead RBAC design, PIM/PAM, lifecycle management, and identity governance best practices.
  • Enhance Intune compliance, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, phishing defenses, and secure collaboration.
  • Lead incident response planning, Security Information and Event Management tuning with the managed security services provider, and continuity playbooks.
  • Coordinate with the outsourced incident response partner, including tabletop exercises and Business Email Compromise investigations.
  • Oversee Purview information protection, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, and role-based security training.
  • Build and develop a growing security team.
  • Manage and mature the managed security services provider partnership.

TORONTO, Jan. 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Capital has completed the sale of Frontier Service Partners to Apex Service Partners, who will be leading the next phase of growth for the premier Midwest home services brands of Haley Mechanical, Korte Does It All and AB May.Founded in September of 2021, Frontier brought together three leading independent residential service businesses, beginning with the acquisition of Haley Mechanical in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Korte Does it All in Fort Wayne, Indiana and AB May in Kansas City, Missouri, building a leading position in the Midwest residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service industry.After partnering with Frontier, and through investment in employee training, retention, customer service, and digital marketing, each brand saw tremendous growth in revenue and EBITDA, leading to a consolidated 31% organic brand-level EBITDA CAGR during Imperial's hold period.
