Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years in influencer marketing with a strong track record in international growth-focused campaigns
  • An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional project management skills, being able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience managing relationships with international agencies & creators
  • Comfortable delivering multiple campaigns within short deadlines
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and experience in analyzing campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution of influencer campaigns
  • Experience leveraging MMP’s (Appsflyer) to troubleshoot and fix tracking issues
  • Experience in reporting campaign performance regularly to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities
  • Partner with members of our growth team, develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy globally, with a focus on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, to drive user growth and engagement
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, aligning with Quizlet’s target demographics and strategic goals
  • Guide influencer creative based on our strategic insights, brand know-how, and social best practices
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, with the authority to adjust spending based on campaign performance and ROI
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve CAC/ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the Content team to ensure messaging consistency and leverage cross-departmental synergies
