  • Deep HR knowledge of employment law and conditions in Netherlands and Belgium, with understanding of local Payroll, Tax and Social System as well as the general employment market onsite
  • A degree in a technology or business discipline
  • Outstanding written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information, set priorities, and work autonomously
  • Formidable organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, with fierce attention to detail
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality
  • The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for technology
  • Providing detailed HR support to employees and be the go-to person from day one including Payroll support and education on NVIDIA programs, benefits and processes through the employment life cycle
  • Providing general HR support to line managers and global teams
  • Providing guidance on policies, procedures and entitlements
  • Cooperate on a daily basis with our EMEA Staffing team to support our constant grow and hiring the best people
  • Preparing and maintaining employment paperwork
  • Supporting the mobility team with transfers and assignments (new and existing employees), including liaison with external legal and relocation providers, including immigration process
  • Ensuring legal compliance is met, defining and proposing policies in accordance with NVIDIA values and guidelines
  • Managing benefits broker relationships, including benefits renewals, program improvements, and internal administration
  • Maintaining accurate employee records (hardcopy and electronic) including liaising with colleagues throughout EMEA, India, and the US
  • Liaising with regional finance to support the monthly payroll process
  • Engaging in regional and worldwide HR projects as required

  • Proven examples of success for developing new HR projects, establishing new benefits, or improving existing processes in an agile employment landscape
  • Additional language skills such as French or German
