Responsibilities
  • Closely monitor homes under construction and enforce non-compliance consistently.
  • Notify builders/owners of non- compliance and follow through with resolution.
  • Prepare daily inspection and DRC Stat reports.
  • May also preform final inspection on complete homes and landscaping.
  • Inspect for and enforce Dark Sky Compliance on existing homes. (This will require occasional evening hrs.)
  • Effectively interact and create strong relationships with General Contractors and their subs.
  • May assist with other DRC related tasks as requested.
