Growth Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive website performance optimization, achieving top-tier Core Web Vitals scores and sub-second page load times across all devices
• Develop reusable React components that maintain brand consistency while enabling rapid feature deployment
• Spearhead SEO initiatives through technical implementations, ensuring optimal search engine visibility and organic traffic growth
• Execute A/B tests and growth experiments by developing interactive features that enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with design and growth teams to transform wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through continuous monitoring and analysis

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies:
- React and Gatsby.js
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS and responsive design
- Version control with Git
• Understanding of web performance optimization principles
• Experience with headless CMS systems and content management
• Ability to build responsive and mobile-friendly websites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with CMS systems
• Understanding of SEO principles and techniques
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• A meticulous eye for detail, delivering high-quality work and owning your projects from start to finish.
• Proven track record of building responsive websites that deliver stunning experiences across all devices.
• Previous work in a startup or agile environment is a plus.
