Training Partner
Who you are:
You are passionate about motivating teams, providing excellent service to our internal customer, so our teams can give excellent service to our guests.
The role is accountable to work directly with Field Teams to drive training, efficiency, and sales in all Curaleaf stores.
The Training Partner helps execute all company training programs company wide. You will help shape the overall
learning strategy for the retail stores. Working with the Training Manager to create programs & facilitate trainings
to assist stores in reaching their sales goals and enhancing the guest experience. Define and executes on delivery and implementation plans. Provides support during and after the implementation process. Monitors training effectiveness through use of various evaluations and coaching tools. Provides support to ensure smooth onboarding of employment.
What you will work on:
Ensuring you are an expert in Curaleaf’s culture, mission, vision, values, and product.
Travel to all national locations throughout the year to train and support our teams. This includes but is
not limited to sales associates, Managers, DMs, Senior Leadership, and wholesale partners
Help facilitate the Curaleaf training curriculum, focused on new store openings and existing stores nationally
Help develop and facilitate national virtual trainings and ability to measure success across all Curaleaf locations
Partner with the cross functional departments to provide feedback and ensure that our training materials
are up to date and meeting the needs of the business to drive sales. Including by not limited to retail,
wholesale, corporate partners
Driving revenue through shared experience and optimization of dispensary operations and on-site
training across a national scale Provide timely and proactive training feedback to Training Manager to keep our programs impactful and effective
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Responsible for staff training and development nationally Build positive relationships with store teams, DM, RVPs, and Senior Leadership

Can speak to national store openings from a leadership role through extensive experiences Expected travel ~50% of the time (vehicle, air)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Business Management or Hospitality Management or 3-5+ years of operational management experience within a retail environment
Advanced computer literacy with MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, Teams, Tableau)
Multiunit or National scope experience required
