  • 15+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, marketing, colleague engagement, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within professional services or consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated success working with senior-level executives as a strategic advisor.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing engagement strategies that drive cultural alignment and business results.
  • Exceptional strategic communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, persuasive messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proven change management experience and the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using engagement metrics and insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborative, empathetic leadership style with strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with Americas regional leadership and practice heads to develop and implement comprehensive colleague communication and engagement strategies that support the firm’s strategic priorities and culture evolution.
  • Communication Strategy and Leadership: Develop strategic internal communications approaches and oversee clear, compelling, and consistent communication of key messages related to firm strategy, culture, and change initiatives.
  • Colleague Experience: Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the colleague experience, ensuring that engagement efforts are meaningful, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Values Embedding: Drive programs and communications that embed Oliver Wyman’s core values into everyday behaviors and decision-making across all levels of the organization.
  • Change Management: Support leaders in managing change effectively by providing tools, insights, and communications that foster colleague buy-in and participation.
  • Measurement & Insights: Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess engagement levels and the impact of initiatives, using data to refine approaches and demonstrate value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Human Capital, People Experience, and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging teams and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and aligned communication and colleague engagement efforts.
  • Leadership Presence: Represent the firm’s commitment to effective internal communications and colleague engagement at senior leadership forums and regional meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer.
  • Occasional travel within North America to support regional engagement activities and leadership meetings.
