- Completed vocational training in hospitality or prior front-office experience.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of the city and ability to provide suitable restaurant, bar, and sightseeing recommendations.
- Ability to remain organized and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work as a team member, take responsibility, and contribute hands-on.
- Provide welcoming reception service and support guests from check-in through check-out.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and assist them with questions and requests.
- Manage simultaneous guest check-ins and check-outs in an organized manner.
- Process reservations, answer inquiries, and handle individual guest requests.
- Prepare the shift carefully and hand over an orderly front office to colleagues.
- Work closely with all departments to support an excellent guest stay.
- Create a positive and memorable guest experience through warm, attentive service.
- Additional language skills.
