Requirements
  • Business management/Computer Science undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalent knowledge. Advanced education pedigree preferred
  • 20+ years of experience within a system engineering or software product organization
  • Ability to lead conversations with senior client representatives face to face
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in any one of the areas by publishing papers / journals or presentations in conferences, patents, etc.
  • Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support
  • Team Player, with leadership and mentoring experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over English language
  • Established history of creating and managing solutions for sale in the market
  • Deep understanding of how to apply emerging technologies to solve modern business problems (AI, ML, Quantum, etc)
  • Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units and geographical regions
Responsibilities
  • establish and manage the solutions roadmap, business case and investments
  • Acquire requirements and determine best approach to deliver to Delivery and Commercial (make/buy)
  • Establish and manage the partner ecosystem
  • communicate platform and technology roadmaps and standards
  • Deliver innovative solutions with compelling value propositions and build extraordinary collaborations within Unisys and with external partners to define a solution strategy that will drive profitable revenue growth through existing base expansion and new client acquisition
  • provide a deep understanding of enterprise computing, solutions, and services, and understand how to work with other organizations to ensure full sales and delivery enablement
  • Deliver innovative solutions with compelling value propositions
  • Establish solution investment governance (funding management, status updates, etc.) with a strong focus on return on investment
  • Collaborate with the Unisys Alliances organization to ensure that the business unit has access to the appropriate partner network and builds the required competencies and certifications
  • Partner with the Unisys Global Procurement organization to ensure we have the appropriate partner ecosystem for solutions, e.g. agreements, discount structures, licensing, pricing, etc.
  • Support the client management team by engaging with clients to support account management and pursuit activity
