Requirements
  • 5–10+ years in enterprise data, MarTech, or digital architecture roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Platform expertise, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform and at least one of Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Data Collection/Web Software Development Kit, or Data Distiller and Query Service.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile stitching, and enterprise data modeling.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and interfacing with client executives.
  • Ability to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • For United States-based roles, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future is required.
Responsibilities
  • Define target-state Adobe Experience Platform architectures, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Web Software Development Kit/Edge, streaming and batch ingestion, identity strategy, profile stitching, data governance, and activation patterns.
  • Lead architecture blueprinting, data models, identity resolution approaches, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure architecture decisions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and enterprise data strategies.
  • Serve as the primary Adobe Experience Platform technical advisor for assigned client engagements.
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable, compliant Adobe Experience Platform implementations.
  • Provide recommendations on roadmap, sequencing, prioritization, and best practices.
  • Design schemas, datasets, identity graphs, stitching rules, namespaces, computed attributes, and governance rules.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Review and validate technical work across teams to ensure alignment with Adobe best practices and client constraints.
  • Architect and oversee integrations with upstream and downstream systems, including Web Software Development Kit, Mobile Software Development Kit, point-of-sale, customer relationship management, master data management, email service providers, Snowflake, Data Distiller, application programming interface and extract-transform-load pipelines, advertising destinations, and real-time personalization engines.
  • Ensure secure, scalable data movement, monitoring, and system performance.
  • Establish standards for instrumentation, tagging, identity hygiene, schema governance, and profile integrity.
  • Define frameworks for data quality, profile count control, personally identifiable information and consent governance, and data minimization.
  • Provide internal leadership by mentoring architects, consultants, and client teams.
  • Stay ahead of Adobe roadmap releases and continuously evolve delivery methodologies.
  • Support pre-sales by shaping Adobe Experience Platform solutions, estimates, and technical narratives for prospective clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • Adobe certifications, including Adobe Experience Platform Architect or Real-Time Customer Data Platform Technical Practitioner.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, master data management platforms, extract-transform-load tools, customer data platforms, or email service providers.
  • Prior consultancy experience leading multi-client engagements.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA and data governance principles.
