Responsibilities
  • Work with Jobber’s largest existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients
  • Increase the gross payment volume of assigned accounts and overall customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with other departments within Jobber to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team on how to improve Jobber's features
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes for the Key Account Management department
