Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior experience in customer service, event staffing, or guest services preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk around the venue.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the event season (August–March).
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Direct guests to their seats and assist with ticket scanning.
  • Answer questions from guests and ensure the venue is operating smoothly.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for fans, families, and attendees.
  • Work as ushers and ticket takers to support East Texas A&M University athletic events and potential external events across the Dallas area through Rhino’s network of partners.
