  • Have a MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Thermal or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Have knowledge in Heat Transfer, combustion and CFD applied in turbomachinery.
  • Have extensive knowledge of thermal design processes for gas turbine components.
  • Have demonstrated expertise in gas turbine cooling systems design.
  • Have some CFD (CFX or Fluent) experience
  • Have FEM analysis knowledge
  • Have fluency in English
  • Have one-dimensional flow network solvers knowledge
  • Have knowledge of hot gas path cooling systems concepts
  • Have experience in combustion systems design and analysis
Responsibilities
  • Developing aero-thermal design expertise, focusing on gas turbine cooling systems and combustion technologies.
  • Performing Heat Transfer & Fluid Systems design/analysis of gas turbine components.
  • Leading the design, analysis, and testing of gas turbine hot gas path components.
  • Developing capabilities of analyzing experimental data for rigorous modelling validation.
