Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Services Sales role focused on cloud advocacy and articulating the business value of complex, technical concepts
  • Direct experience in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
  • Proven track record of meeting bookings and consumption (or similar) targets
  • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from sales and accounts to deal desk, legal, and workload services teams, with an emphasis on partnering with engagement managers to ensure success transitions from sales to delivery
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent)

Responsibilities
  • Report to a Practice Director on the Americas Enterprise team, aligned to a specific region
  • Own, manage and be accountable for the assigned accounts and prospects in the region, focused on a quarterly bookings target and measured on consumption progress/meeting consumption targets at your accounts as part of the broader account team
  • Serve as the Professional Services sales point of contact for your region through the following: Collaborate with cross functional teams to find opportunities, scope, propose and sell services (Professional Services and Training) to both new and existing Customers Provide Services Sales support to Account Teams Define scope and deliver SOWs for Professional Services engagements that align with customer business goals and outcomes. Drive deal reviews internally to ensure alignment - ensure the scope of the project is well defined for customer success Understand and help optimize business operations processes for services sales Build strong cross-functional relationships within Snowflake GTM teams (legal, deal desk, account teams, sales, PS&T leadership - including workload services - and partner team) Provide bookings forecast and demonstrate strong command of your book of business Partner closely with Enterprise Engagement Managers to prepare and transition to delivery; define a robust process for handoff and knowledge transfer; drive delivery project learnings back into services sales and scoping Stay connected to active projects in your territory to help ensure alignment with the original customer business goals
  • Contribute to and own internal process improvements across the teams and broader Professional Services organization
Desired Qualifications
  • The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado, is $106,700-$141,950
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan
