Requirements

10+ years of experience in the software delivery space with a clear understanding of the software delivery process, including Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Software Reliability Management, Cloud Cost Management, Feature Flags, Security Testing Orchestration, and Software Engineering Insights
Develop a deep understanding of Harness software/solutions and its business value proposition
Strong business acumen and understanding of DevOps modernization efforts and the software delivery market as a whole
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate (often complex) qualitative and quantitative benefits of implementing a mature, world class Software Delivery Life Cycle process at an executive level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop business cases and financial models
Proven track record of delivering business value with software delivery at an executive level and the ability to demonstrate previous examples of these engagements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Value Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business value to customers in the software delivery space. They will also be well versed in communicating the business benefits of Harness’s software/solution at an executive level.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $164,000 - $202,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
