Who you are

• You have experience people managing small teams to deliver on outcomes
• You thrive on driving operational improvements and  want to actively decrease the overall onboarding timeline, including helping Provi understand the levers that influence this time-to-value metric
• You feel comfortable project managing, engaging stakeholders, and holding cross-functional teams accountable to a timeline
• You are adept at managing client relationships, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including Admin/Exec, CTO, etc.
• You have an in-depth understanding of the challenges users face while onboarding with Provi and can lead a complex, multi-party integration in a highly consultative and proactive manner

What you’ll be doing

• Be responsible for enabling Provi to onboard distributor partners efficiently and at scale while maintaining a high quality user experience that enables our partners to adopt the Provi marketplace and SevenFifty tools quickly
• Monitor, deliver, and report on Integrations team performance metrics
• Oversee the full integrations pipeline for mid-market and enterprise accounts from technical pre-qual through post-launch support, continuing to proactively own integrations as needed
• Coach implementation specialists on a distributor’s data structure and ERP set-up, change management, and managing integration timelines to deliver a high quality experience
• Optimize the pipeline by providing guidance for sales teams, assigning integrations specialists, and coordinating with engineering 
• Drive operational excellence on the Integrations team through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
• Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify suboptimal internal processes.
• Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology.
• Basic understanding and experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company.
• Prior experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
• Prior experience working with large mid-market companies as well as enterprise organizations.
