  • You are adept at managing client relationships, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including Admin/Exec, CTO, etc
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the challenges users face while onboarding with Provi and can lead a complex, multi-party integration in a highly consultative and proactive manner
  • 4+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify suboptimal internal processes
  • Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Basic understanding and experience with SQL
  • Be responsible for enabling Provi to onboard distributor partners efficiently and at scale while maintaining a high quality user experience that enables our partners to adopt the Provi marketplace and SevenFifty tools quickly
  • Monitor, deliver, and report on Integrations team performance metrics
  • Oversee the full integrations pipeline for mid-market and enterprise accounts from technical pre-qual through post-launch support, continuing to proactively own integrations as needed
  • Coach implementation specialists on a distributor's data structure and ERP set-up, change management, and managing integration timelines to deliver a high quality experience
  • Optimize the pipeline by providing guidance for sales teams, assigning integrations specialists, and coordinating with engineering
  • Drive operational excellence on the Integrations team through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company
  • Prior experience in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Prior experience working with large mid-market companies as well as enterprise organizations
