Responsibilities
  • Manage the direct sales staff to achieve overall sales quota
  • Effectively manage overall pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
  • Assist with strategic sales activities and coordinate with internal resources
  • Generate and assess monthly reports for business unit meetings
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work on team efficiency
  • Develop plans to retain and attract top talent
  • Assist in the outbound launch of new products and releases
  • Act as a subject matter expert for product strategy and marketing
  • Participate in audits, tradeshows, webinars, etc.
