Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems is required.
  • Ability to travel as needed is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
  • Support university recruiting efforts, internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent is preferred.
