  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
  • Understand the art of painting a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior stakeholders
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. Youre comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics
  • A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
  • Can lead teams and work with others to set clear goals and make priority decisions
  • BE/BS/BA with an emphasis in technology
  • Experience with software engineering, DevOps and IT operations market
  • Experience with ecosystem development, developer communities, or open-source projects
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and event-driven systems
  • Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B)
