Requirements
  • You love working hard to understand customer problems and make outstanding solutions for customers
  • Communicate crisply to your team, to leaders, to customers, and to partners
  • Adept at building relationships across crafts, products, and functional groups to make sure we stay aligned
  • Previous experience in the fields of DevOps or developer productivity tools
  • Understand how ecosystems and developer communities thrive in a sustainable way
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and iterate product experiences by continuously rolling out to customers
  • 3+ years Product Management experience working on ecosystem integrations, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Bonus points if youve worked on a mix of customer-facing features and back-end platform projects
  • Proven track record of shipping features that deliver outcomes, with the lens of shipping the minimum needed to launch and learn
  • A customer-centric approach, ability to work directly and successfully with design and engineering to ship delightful products
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
  • Understand the art of painting a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior stakeholders
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. Youre comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics
  • A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
  • Can lead teams and work with others to set clear goals and make priority decisions
  • BE/BS/BA with an emphasis in technology
  • Experience with software engineering, DevOps and IT operations market
  • Experience with ecosystem development, developer communities, or open-source projects
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and event-driven systems
  • Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B)
