About the role
As one of our first Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in structuring the recruitment for our technical teams, from identifying the needs to sourcing passive candidates and screening them until the offer stage. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to develop our employer branding strategy, choose the must-go-to tech recruitment events, and create content to attract top talent. There is a lot of building to do and your scope can rapidly grow.
