Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Concentration in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Sustainability, Business, or related field) or 7+ yrs related work experience.
  • 5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs.
Responsibilities
  • Overall management of program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with client to ensure all program objectives are met and adjust as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local subcontractors and trade allies to support their participation in the programs.
  • Align marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for program promotion and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance deployment opportunities for program advancement.
  • Assist in the direct support of client outreach, meetings and ad hoc requests including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings.
  • Management of direct reports including but not limited to timesheet/expense approval, PTO approval, regular individual check-in meetings, and annual performance reviews.

  • Expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs.
  • Knowledge of energy efficient practices, energy codes and technologies applicable to the agriculture sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels.
