Requirements
  • At least 5 years of facilities management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and contractors.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and facilities software.
  • Water plant and pool certifications are required.
  • Ability to work outdoors and throughout a large property.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Conduct regular property and safety inspections.
  • Manage pools, spas, water systems, and required certifications.
  • Lead maintenance, grounds, and garden/farm teams.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors and vendors.
  • Manage facilities budgets, expenses, and purchasing.
  • Coordinate renovations, property projects, and improvements.
  • Ensure permits, safety procedures, and emergency protocols remain current.
  • Promote energy conservation, sustainability, and responsible resource use.
  • Work closely with department leaders to keep the ranch operating smoothly.
  • Step in, solve problems, and support the team wherever needed.
