Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Technical Writer experience
  • Advanced ability to grasp, synthesize and organize complex technical information
  • Ability to transform technical jargon into simple language
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent technical writing and research abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

  • Experience creating a broad range of technical publications for hardware and software including system user and admin guides, operations and maintenance manuals, online help systems, training manuals and other related documentation as well as extensive experience in an Information Technology work environment
Responsibilities
  • Create technical publications for hardware and software including system user guides, administrator guides, operations and maintenance manuals, online help systems, training manuals and other related documentation.
  • Transform technical jargon into simple language suitable for the intended audience.
  • Collaborate daily with colleagues and subject matter experts to gather information and validate documentation.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects and assignments with the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.
