After achieving quick adoption via word-of-mouth, we are now seeking to expand our visibility while clearly communicating the value our solution delivers and reinforcing our role as a trusted partner to the biopharma industry. 

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to generate qualified sales opportunities and amplify the Inductive Bio brand. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building from the ground up, and iterating quickly based on data and feedback. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships. 

What you’ll do:

• Identify, curate, and prioritize companies that align with Inductive Bio’s ideal customer profile to ensure consistent generation of qualified sales opportunities

• Collaborate with Sales and the cofounders to maximize the impact of Inductive Bio’s expert network to facilitate high-quality engagement with biopharma leaders

• Design and execute outbound campaigns, while continuously testing and refining messaging and targeting strategies

• Lead conference and event strategy to elevate brand visibility and engagement, while managing social media content that reinforces credibility and drives awareness among target audiences

• Track performance metrics across outreach, campaigns, and events to evaluate ROI, inform decision-making, and continuously improve pipeline generation

Who are you:

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation strategy and execution, with 2+ years targeting biopharmaceutical organizations

• Proven ability to generate and qualify pipeline at a high-growth or early-stage company

• Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM, AI, marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

• Strong written communication for outreach, drafting, and content amplification

• Event planning and logistics experience

• Ability to work cross-functionally

• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and scrappiness to build programs from the ground up
